The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. In addition, the staircase has been reinforced with handrails for people with reduced mobility. On the upper floor ther is an aircon directed to the two double bedrooms with single beds, a main bathroom adapted shower, and a suite with aircon, a bathroom and private balcony. There is also a second terrace on the attic to enjoy the sun and the views of the pool and the sea. The accommodation has a small garage with a washing machine, ideal for storing beach items and more.
Located in Mas Pinell, this accommodation enjoys a privileged location on the Catalan Costa Brava. You can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. Das Haus Dunes09 lebt einzig von seiner Lage: Der direkte Blick über den Pool aufs Meer, der über den ungepflegten Gesamtzustand ein wenig hinweg tröstet.
Gut gefallen hat uns der wie immer ausgezeichnete Service von Reservas-Maspinell: Mitnahme undsee more
Das Haus Dunes09 lebt einzig von seiner Lage: Der direkte Blick über den Pool aufs Meer, der über den ungepflegten Gesamtzustand ein wenig hinweg tröstet.
Gut gefallen hat uns der wie immer ausgezeichnete Service von Reservas-Maspinell: Mitnahme und Reinigung der verschmutzten Liegestuhlauflagen, spontane Beschaffung von Trinkgläsern für Wein- und Cava, Hygieneeimer, Toilettenbürste..... Holzbretter und scharfe Messer haben wir uns selbst auf dem Markt besorgt. |

Die Besitzer des Hauses sollten die im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern dürftige (Küchen-) Ausstattung ergänzen und das Haus insgesamt entrümpeln.
Alles steht voll mit verstaubten Dekoartikeln, der Gast hat kaum Flächen, auf denen er seine eigenen Dingesee more

Die Betten in den beiden kleinen Zimmern entsprechen nicht dem Stand, den man bei dem Preis der Unterkunft erwarten dürfte. Dunes09 bräuchte dringend die ausfahrbare Markise, die sonst an keinem Haus fehlt - statt 3 Sonnenschirmen, davon 2 unbrauchbar/defekt. |

Amb els preus que es paguen el mínim seria que la casa tingues aire acondicionat, o al menys ventiladors de sostre ja que les temperatures són molt altes a l'estiu.
