It is located in a residential area with a communal pool and offers views of the garden.The well-maintained corner garden is equipped with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue. It is a safe area for both children and pets, as it is completely fenced. In addition, it has a private parking space at the back of the house.The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with USB input. The house has air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and Wi-Fi connection. It is located a few meters from the communal area.The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, crockery/cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub.Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Additionally, within a 3 km radius, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.Don't miss the opportunity to book now and enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this cozy house in Mas Pinell, Costa Brava!Only one pet is allowed.IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of 15 kW per day is included. La casa tenía de todo, menaje completo. El patio por la tarde noche una delicia sentarse al fresquito. La piscina bastante íntima y muy buena opción cuando el mar está revuelto.
La playa a un paseo agradable de unos 5-10 minutos a un paso normal.

Avant l'été 2022 la maison doit avoir le Wi-Fi par fibre car elle vient d'arriver à l'urbanisation.

Schönes kleines Häuschen wie Beschrieben 450 m vom Meer. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 7 Km entfernt. Sofa im Wohnzimmer sollte entsorgt werden, äußerst abgewohnt und zerschlissen, durchgesessen. Toaster nicht vorhanden.

Danke für Ihre Bemerkungen, wir haben mit der Eigentümer gesprochen. Diese Winter wird eine neue Sofa im Wohnzimmer gesetzt und in 2020 laden die Möbel wieder zum ausruhen ein.
